President and CEO: John McNamara
John McNamara, is a 23 year industry veteran with highly successful
stints in nearly all phases of the collections industry; including
training, quality control, operations, systems design, compliance,
sales and customer relationship management with American Creditors
Bureau, Nationwide Credit, and United Recovery Systems, LP. He most
recently served as Chief Operating Officer for Asset Management
Outsourcing, Inc.
Mr. McNamara was recently selected as Collection Advisor’s Top 50
Most Influential Collection Professionals for 2006.
Chief Operating Officer: Bret Crandall
Bret Crandall is a 15 year industry veteran and most recently
Director of Operational Support for Focus Receivables Management.
His primary duties were managing and developing the compliance,
auditing, training and development, recruiting, and Human Resources
departments. Prior to Focus, he was Director of Strategic
Initiatives with Nationwide Credit, Inc. His responsibilities were
to help NCI transform themselves in the changing market place by the
use of new decision making technology and innovative process
improvements.
